Hidden away in the olive groves of the village Kardakata, this sweet little cottage offers al fresco space, shaded gardens and a beautiful swimming pool for long summer days. It is located only 12km from Argostoli and 9km from Lixouri and sleeps 3.
The cottage is recently renovated from scratch (July 2021) on its own 700m2 land, stretched out across one floor of total 40m2. The cottage follows the traditional Kefalonian architecture and features 1 double bedroom with bathroom, open plan fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room area and wooden terrace doors that open out to the rural exteriors and pool. The cottage features also a stone built BBQ and a secure parking for 2 or 3 cars, it is fully air-conditioned and minimally decorated.
The exposed wooden ceilings, white washed walls and local stone used capture a relaxing bohemian, yet traditionally Kefalonian charm.
It is ideal for couples and for small families with 1 or 2 kids with the use of the sofa bed.
